WHY USE ACRYLIC AND POWDER COATED STEEL?

We use acrylic for its superior transparency and clarity, as well as its scratch resistance. This is why acrylic is widely used for display shelves, signs, lenses, aquariums, and as an alternative to glass.

Steel is used as the base material due to its strength and low cost. Steel is 100% recyclable, which means any waste material during the fabrication process is sent for recycling and will eventually be reused, lessening the impact on the environment.

Powder coating is used because it is more durable and environmentally friendly than painting, plating, or anodizing. Powder coating produces minimal volatile organic compounds, unlike painting, and does not use any nasty chemicals and solvents, unlike plating and anodizing.

LEAD TIME

Standard designs will ship within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed.

The lead time for custom designs will vary depending on the requirements. The lead time will be stated in the quote that is provided for custom orders.

Please note that the shipping estimate given at checkout does not include the manufacturing lead time stated above.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Use only a soft, damp cloth when cleaning your coasters. Abrasive materials, compounds, or chemical and ammonia based cleaners can damage (scratches, blemishes, etc.) the acrylic top layer and the powder coated finish of the bottom layer.

Do not submerge or spray with water, or any liquid, as the liquid may seep between the two layers.

Do not place the coasters in a dishwasher.

Take care when placing the coasters down and ensure to only make contact with the rubber stops on the backside. This will prevent any damage to, both, the coaster and the surface the coaster is placed on.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY:

Since the coaster sets are made per order we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

The coasters are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. Please inspect your coasters as soon as you receive them and let us know right away if there are any issues.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Please follow our care instructions above as any damage to the coasters caused by not following the care instructions is not covered under the warranty.

INTERNATIONAL:

We do offer international shipping, although the recipient is responsible for any fees or tariffs that may apply at time of delivery.
