Although there are limitless possibilities, thanks to the versatility of laser cutting technology, there are restrictions to what can be done for our coasters. Below are some things to keep in mind when thinking of a custom design.

Pricing for custom orders will vary depending on the desired requirements. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take several weeks to ship.
We will work with you throughout the design process and drawings/renders will be provided for your approval prior to fabrication.
CONNECTED CONTOURS
Everything needs to be connected to the perimeter of the coaster. In the example above, without the inside rings (gray) connected to the perimeter (black) the inside ring would not be a part of the final product.
INTERIOR CONTOURS
The same principle from connected contours applies to letters or shapes that have contours within them. As you can see above, the interior contours of the A and P would either not be a part of the final product, or will have to be connected to the perimeter of the coaster.
ROUNDED CORNERS
Due to the way that a laser cutting machine works all corners will have a small radius. As seen above, the sharp corners of the star, including the interior corners towards the center, will be rounded.
